This Architectural renovation involved removing all of the existing dwelling, minus the front 2 rooms. The home was rebuilt with an extension and finished to combine the new addition while keeping the historical features.

This home renovation project consisted of a 3 car garage build. Complete with a work shop downstairs, and upstairs a full retreat and gold class cinema as well as a backyard upgrade including inground trampoline, landing and pool.

This VMIA insurance project was completed to lock up stage with all works non-compliant. The project was taken over by Nichols Builders, brought up to compliance and completed for the home owner
